For job seekers

Stop sending applications
to jobs that waste your time.

Pay is on the listing or the listing isn't public. We recrawl sources and kill posts nobody will confirm. Fit is a short list of matches, gaps, and dealbreakers — not a black box.

What you actually get

The stuff other boards keep treating as optional.

The range is public

No “competitive compensation.” If they won't name numbers, they don't get a public listing.

Dead jobs get pulled

We recrawl curated sources. Direct employers have 14 days to say the role is still open. After that it expires. We'd rather look smaller than leave a corpse in search.

Fit before you apply

Skills you have, skills you don't, anything that's a hard miss. Use it to skip the obvious wastes of time. It is not a promise you'll get the interview.

A person reads the first post

New employer, first listing: a human looks at it. Scam posts should die in the queue, not in your inbox.

Stop retyping the same form

Some roles take an internal apply from your saved profile. External ones still dump you on the company site — we don't pretend otherwise.

Alerts that shut up

Save a search. We email new matches. The same job never comes twice. Unsubscribe is one click, not a scavenger hunt.

You can start without a resume

Browse first if you want. An account just makes fit and alerts work.

1
Tell us the constraints you already have

Level, skills, city or remote, salary floor. That's what turns the fit score on. You can leave holes; we won't invent them for you.

2
Cut the board down

Pay, remote, category, how new it is. Sort by fit if you filled a profile, or by newest if you're just poking around.

3
Apply only if it still looks real

Check the range, when it was last confirmed, and whether the employer passed review. If it's a miss, close the tab.

Employers pay us. You don't.

That's a conflict. We handle it by refusing the usual tricks, not by pretending it isn't there.

Seeker FAQ →
  • We don't sell your data. Not the profile, not the search history, not to advertisers.
  • No fake heat. You won't see “12 people applied in the last hour.” We don't have that number, and we wouldn't use it if we did.
  • Filters stay free. Pay, remote, experience. We don't lock the useful ones behind a seeker plan.
  • No mystery ranking. The score is a rule set you can read. If it's dumb, you can tell.
  • Export or delete. Profile page. JSON dump or a confirmed wipe. We don't keep a souvenir copy.
  • Report the listing. One click. We review reports, and the SLA is 24 hours.

Go look. You don't owe us an account first.

Search is public. An account is only if you want fit, saves, and alerts.
