Where you'll work
- This role will be based in our Vancouver office.
- We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home.
- We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
- Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes, sensitive information, and competing demands with professionalism and tact.
- Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
- Support recruiting projects, inclusive of system audits, tool management, data pulls and reviews.
- Communicate proactively and effectively across teams to build trust, ensure alignment, and maintain a high bar for quality and service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting senior-level stakeholders
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Google Calendar, Greenhouse, ModernLoop and Gem
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Brex with polish and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
- Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Bonus Points
- Bring some technical comfort with AI and automation tooling like ATS APIs, Claude, Zapier and ChatGPT
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $69,600 - $100,050.
- However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
