Compensation
Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity

What you'll earn

Room to grow
Most of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.
What you'll do
- Train and develop your team
- Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
- Place food orders and keep inventory in check
- Put product quality above everything else
- Handle customer concerns quickly
- Keep the team looking sharp and professional
- Follow all Team Sharma policies, including 100% Team Sharma App usage
- Make sure every call is answered on the first ring
Qualifications
What you need
- 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus
- Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
