THE ROLE
You will join the Finance team as Admin & Finance Specialist to keep the financial and administrative engine of Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai running accurately and on time, from the invoices we issue to the contracts we close with law firms, enterprises and public administration.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue and manage customer invoices for Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai contracts, keeping client data and billing details accurate.
- Prepare the monthly supplier payments: collect invoices from each team, build the payment batch, verify it and release it.
- Register Lexroom on client supplier portals and on public procurement platforms, so that new contracts can be closed without delays.
- Prepare and keep up to date the compliance documents and declarations required by enterprise and public administration clients.
- Record accounting entries, handle international payments and reconcile accounts, so the books are always accurate and up to date.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A degree in economics, management engineering, or law with a business orientation (or a similar field).
- 0–2 years of experience; internships and entry-level roles.
- Precision and rigor in repetitive, detail work: invoices, registries, payments and documentation.
- Interest in building solid skills in administration, accounting and finance operations.
- Languages: fluent Italian (most of the work is in Italian) and good working English (international payments and counterparties). Other languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
