THE ROLE
- Our Sales team is growing incredibly fast internationally.
- As we scale across multiple countries, this rapid expansion brings strong complexity to our commercial processes and support infrastructure.
- To ensure our systems keep pace and do not become a bottleneck for growth, we need an absolute owner of our CRM and data architecture.
- We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our centralized Business Operations team.
- This is a pure builder and execution role: you will turn our current setup into a high-performing, reliable go-to-market machine, acting as the operational reference point for HubSpot and commercial data across international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Building & Optimization: Get your hands dirty in HubSpot. You will configure, clean, and map our actual commercial processes within the tool, building complex workflows, managing properties, and structuring pipelines.
- Data Architecture & Reporting: Build and own reliable commercial dashboards and reports. You will ensure that cross-country data is accurate, turning our CRM into the absolute source of truth for managers and founders.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Gather technical and operational
requirements
from Sales, Customer Success and Enablement team leads, translating business needs into working computer flows.
- Future Scalability: Evolve into the central architect of our data infrastructure, integrating new external tools and supporting Lexroom's expansion, pricing adjustments, or product transitions.
- Navigate the Ambiguity: Work effectively in the fast-paced chaos of a scale-up. You will proactively spot process failures or broken data flows and independently solve them without waiting for detailed input from above.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Ops, CRM Specialist or direct B2B commercial roles (BDR, SDR, Account Executive) within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
- HubSpot Expertise: You have actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules) in the past—not just as a passive user.
- B2B Sales Literacy: A strong grasp of the commercial funnel, customer lifecycle and B2B metrics.
- Logical Structure and Data Precision: Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive without micro-management. If a workflow fails or data doesn't add up, you won't rest until you've tracked down the issue and fixed it.
- Academic Background: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
