About the role
- We're looking for a senior iOS Software Engineer to join our Onboarding team.
- In this role, you'll build and ship features that drive user growth and deliver high-quality learning experiences to millions of learners worldwide.
- You'll work closely with product managers and designers to create engaging experiences for new users.
- This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving, high-impact team focused on improving the new user experience.
- You'll gain experience working across the stack (iOS and backend), running experiments, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve key metrics like daily active users (DAU) and new users day 7 retention (NUD7).

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to drive user growth
- Develop, release, and maintain native iOS applications, primarily in Swift
- Contribute to code reviews and collaborate across teams to ensure quality and scalability

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- A solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- 5–10 years of experience programming in Swift
