We're Altura, an ambitious SaaS startup!

At Altura, we're on a mission to revolutionise how organisations win complex deals. Our AI-powered platform redefines bid management, transforming a fragmented process into a seamless strategic advantage. By connecting workflows, automating tasks, and scaling knowledge, we empower teams to work smarter, not harder.

We're a company with big ambitions and an even bigger opportunity ahead. If you're excited by innovation, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to work in an environment with high technical standards, then Altura is the place for you.
Join us in transforming the way organizations win—and let's build the future together.
TL;DR - Your Role as Senior Backend Engineer
In this role, you'll own the architecture and scalability of Altura's tender spotting platform and data ingestion that powers it, as well as the technical design of our entire integrations strategy.
It's more than just coding, it's about end-to-end ownership.
You'll lead the initiative and use agentic software-development practices, such as spec-driven development.
If you're motivated by autonomy and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, this is the opportunity for you.
