About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems.
We're looking for bold thinkers.

Sharp problem-solvers.

Builders who are wired to make an impact.
Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers.
We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do.
Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.
Robinhood is building out its firm-commitment underwriting capability to manage and co-manage IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, while continuing to operate an established distribution channel that brings new issues to Robinhood's retail customers.

This role is the firm's registered representative across both functions — overseeing firm-commitment underwriting activity and the distribution of new issues to retail customers — responsible for daily processing, compliance controls, and regulatory engagement across the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal.
