1099 Independent Contractor, Commission-Based

The Role

Every town has hundreds of small businesses run by people who are great at their trade and have no time for marketing. Omada AI gives them an AI marketing team for a fraction of what an agency costs. Territory Partners are the people who put it in their hands.

This is real field sales. You walk into local businesses, pitch the owner face to face, and get them live on Omada that same day. Your territory, your pipeline, your deals, your income.

It's a 1099, commission-based role, built for closers who want to own what they earn. Every close raises your rate, grows a book that keeps paying you, and moves you toward running a city. We're launching new cities every month, and the people who join now are the ones who will lead them.

If you know what it feels like to turn an empty morning into three signed customers by dinner, keep reading.

How You Get Paid

Six figures in year one is a real target here. Territory Partners who close 3 to 4 customers a week are on pace for $100K+ in their first year. What you earn comes down to what you close.

Our comp plan is called the Builder Plan. It pays you for every customer you close, and your rate only moves in one direction.
