At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most.

As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping how merchants experience Affirm's products. You'll help define our product strategy, lead high-impact go-to-market initiatives, and develop compelling narratives that drive business outcomes.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product intuition, strategic thinking, and a bias for action.
You'll bring deep customer and competitive insights to everything you do, and operate as a true partner to Product, Revenue (including Sales, Customer Success and Enablement), Partnership, and Analytics leadership.

What You'll Do

Shape Product Strategy Through Insights: Partner closely with Product to shape the roadmap by identifying new opportunities, uncovering unmet customer, merchant, and partner needs, and incorporating feedback loops.

Leverage customer research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product development and strategic prioritization.

Lead GTM Strategy and Execution: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-impact GTM initiatives across your product area—from beta to full launch.
