Job Description
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow including:
- To make bookings with the origin teams
- To coordinate deliveries with service providers and clients.
- To communicate with carriers for any import related issue.
- To coordinate with customs team.
- To check commercial documents as packing list, invoices, certificates etc
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
- Track and Trace Ocean Import Files and reporting
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations
- Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs
- Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
- Customer service oriented
Qualifications
- At least 1 year related experience
- Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)
- High level in English

Para esta posición el rango salarial inicial será de €24,000 - €28,000 brutos anuales , en función de las competencias, la experiencia y las cualificaciones relacionadas con el puesto.
