- Benefit from flexible working hours and great development opportunities, with a basic salary of £26,500 and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of between £30,000 to £40,000!
- Please note this is a full time position working 40 hours per week at our new branch opening in Cardiff.
- The branch has an expected opening date of Q4 of this year (November/December).
- You'll be required to train in our Bristol branch ahead of the opening day in Cardiff.
- We'll be starting the interview process in October 2026, with a start date in of November/December 2026
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the first and last point of contact for our customers — friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service
- You impress with tailored offers and turn every customer interaction into a moment they will remember
- You handle rental agreements and customer enquiries, organised, service-oriented, and always with a smile
- You inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
- You confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
- You assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
- You manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
- You support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Sales & Service Passion You love sales and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support
- Experience You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism, or sales
- Communication You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in the busiest of settings
- Attention to Detail You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
- Adaptability You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility You are open to working on a shift rotation, including weekends and holidays, to cover branch operating hours
- Driving Licence You hold a valid driving licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
