- Start with a competitive base pay of $21/hour ($43,680 annually) and unlock our performance-based bonus program - because at SIXT, we believe you should earn what you're worth.
- Rental Sales Agents are currently averaging $2,000 – $5,000 in monthly bonuses, adding up to an annual bonus opportunity of approximately $24,000 – $60,000+.
- Combined with base pay, successful agents are achieving total annual earnings of $67,000 to $103,000+ .
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
- You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
- You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
- You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
- You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
- You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
- You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
- You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
- You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
