The Employer Brand Partner serves as the strategic link between the Global Employer Brand team and the local market.
You will act as a partner to local teams to understand their hiring needs and create bespoke strategies to attract top talent in the market.
You will ensure that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is local, authentic, and effective in the Hyderabad and APAC markets, as well as support global employer brand initiatives and projects.g., benefits, work-life balance, tech stack).

Ability to build trust and influence with senior stakeholders and to navigate a global organisation in a local context.•
Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to tell a story and justify spend.•
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
